Urovasthi is used in Ayurveda for the treatment of pain in the chest muscles, for respiratory illnesses, bronchitis, asthma, and heart disease. Warm therapeutic oils are slowly poured into a receptacle made of special dough, which is placed on the region of the chest. Muscle tension is relieved, discomfort is reduced, and the best possible balance between body and mind is established.

Januvasti is a prolonged action of warm therapeutic oil, helpful for knee problems (without inflammation).

Pichu
