Warm herbal tinctures in oil are applied to the whole body rhythmically, and accompanied by gentle Ayurvedic massage from 30-45 minutes over the course of 7-21 days.

The procedure can be done by one or two specialists at a time. This very gentle Ayurvedic massage has a remarkable effect, and is particularly suited for sensitive skin with a tendency to reddening, as well as in cases of poor blood circulation.
